Thirty and Over

Thirty and Over

Off-the-shoulder linen numbers are the only thing beating the muggy city heat right now. I don’t actually own many day dresses but since living in New York and experiencing true summer scorchers where it’s 30 and over on a daily basis (not like the one week of sun us brits are used to!), I’ve started to invest more in my summer wardrobe. I heard recently about the 30 wears campaign – where you don’t buy something unless you can seriously commit to wearing it 30 times (and over). This dress passed the test and I’ve already worn it approx 10 ten times and it’s only just July! 30 days is such a great benchmark to help curb our consumer wastefulness and to stop us from buying into fad throwaway trends, so if you haven’t tried it yet I highly recommend!

Links to shop are below… if you can promise 30 wears ;)
